Do you provide the alcohol?

No, but we connect with local liquor stores and will help with the delivery of the alcohol to the event. We also help with how much alcohol to get for your event.

What is your area coverage or how far will you travel?

We will go anywhere - depending on location travel fees may apply.

How do you determine the Pricing for your services?

Our package pricing is determined by a few questions: Total number of Guests, How long the event is, Difficulty of location (example; islands that can only be reached by boat) and what items & services you will need us to provide for your event.

Will you check out my event location before my booking date?

If we have not been to the event location before we usually recommend that we do a walk-through at the event location and see where the bar or bartender will set-up, breakdown & clean up.

How do I pay for your services?

To secure your event date we require a 50% Deposit when the event is booked

We Currently accept Cash, Check, Credit Card (via square link), and Money order.

Do you provide ice?

Yes, ice comes included in our Non-alcoholic/Mixer's package, for icing down product and for cocktails.

Can you Officiate My Wedding?

Yes! A.R.C.K LLC provides wedding officiant services.

Yes, all Vendors are welcome on our website, just email us at toastandhost@yahoo.com to be added on our page.

Is it Free to be added on your website?

Yes, it is free. We love helping vendors connect and help finding the resources they need for their event.
